These terms govern your use of Bidoro-powered pages — quote requests, proposals, electronic signatures, and payments. Bidoro is software operated by DCAcar (Washington, DC). The transportation services themselves are provided by the operator named on the page you are using (the "Operator" — for example, DCAcar); your transportation contract is with that Operator. By requesting a quote, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
A quote or estimate is an invitation to book, not a binding reservation. Prices are based on the trip details you provide; if those details change (times, stops, passenger counts, addresses, waiting time), the price may change. A booking is confirmed when the Operator confirms it — typically upon your signature and any required deposit.
When you type your name and sign a proposal electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature, consistent with the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law. The signed proposal — including its schedule, prices, and any cancellation terms stated on it — becomes your agreement with the Operator. A record of the signature (name, date, time, IP address, and browser identifier) is retained as the audit trail.
The Operator may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity when necessary. Neither Bidoro nor the Operator is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — weather, traffic incidents, road closures, government action, or similar — though the Operator will make reasonable efforts to perform or reschedule.
You agree not to misuse Bidoro-powered pages: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the service, no submitting requests you know to be false, and no scraping or harvesting of data. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Bidoro provides the software that carries quotes, signatures, and payments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Bidoro's aggregate liability arising from the software shall not exceed the fees paid through it for the booking giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under your transportation contract with the Operator.

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your signed proposal states otherwise. Disputes about a specific booking are governed by the agreement formed by your signed proposal.
If these terms change materially, the effective date above will change and the current version will always live at bidoro.ai/terms. Changes do not affect proposals already signed.
